I have a range of experience in different industries with my recent being in the Civil Engineering industry.
I started my working life on an apprenticeship scheme in business administration whilst at a Solicitors firm. In an effort to top up my salary, I was also working in the retail industry as most young people do!
As time went on, I gained working experience and qualifications in claims and fraud investigation when working for a Legal Expense insurer.
An opportunity occurred which led me to change career paths into the world of Civil Engineering, namely the utility sector.
Now it is clear that regardless of what industry a person is working in, training is a key part of progression and making sure the job is done right.
Right can range from doing a good job, an efficient job or just as importantly, doing it right against current legislation.
It is with this mindset as to why I took the leap and founded this company, to deliver training and assessment making sure that learning takes place and that is not just a tick in the box exercise.
With experience, a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Safety and an award in Education and Training, these combined show that I have invested in myself in order to deliver on any training / assessment given to the highest ability and understanding.
